GIFTS THAT KEEP GIVING!

Many many congratulations to Melissa Edwards and Nick Richardson on their recent wedding. Melissa has been a great ambassador for The Wessex Autistic Society, ever since her daughter, Molly, now 13, started at Portfield School when she was 6 years old. Molly suffers from severe autism and Melissa has been so encouraged with the support the school gives Molly that when she and Nick agreed to tie the knot, they dedicied to donate all their wedding gift funds to us!

Raising hundreds of pounds, we are thrilled with the generosity of the couple and their guests. The Society needs to raise over £300,000 each year to maintain our current level of service and it is wonderful gestures like Nick and Melissa's that allow us to continue providing excellent services for children and adults with autism across the Wessex region.
