Community Support Services...
Our community support services are designed to provide individualised and flexible supports to children, families and adults whatever their degree of need and wherever they live.
Our teams of trained staff exist to give people with Autism or Asperger's Syndrome and their families the support they need to live the lives they want to live. If you need a short break; a drop in group; supported living; supported employment; supported further education; supported leisure or supported housing, that’s where we come in.
With the added benefit of launching an integrated Community Support Service offering tailored programmes to anyone with Autism or Asperger's Syndrome throughout the west and east branches of the Society, Community Support Manager Nicky Woolley is based in our new Dorchester offices. To get in touch with Nicky or the team, contact us.
Our new Dorchester offices are located at;
South Grove Cottage, Trinity Street, Dorchester, DT1 1TU
