We Welcome Feedback

The Wessex Autistic Society is constantly striving to improve the quality of its services and welcomes constructive feedback from service users, parents and carers.

We aim to deliver services which meet each service user’s individual needs, while treating them with courtesy and respect. If you feel you or someone you know is not receiving this level of service, or is dissatisfied in any way, then the complaints procedure is designed to ensure you are listened to.
