Based at Portfield School within Residential Services 

Hours: 37 - 52 weeks service 

Pay Rate: £8.40 - £9.30 per hour (dependent on qualifications) 

Due to the development of our residential services based at Portfield School we are looking to recruit confident individuals who can effectively lead a team to deliver a high quality provision within our Children’s Homes.  A flexible approach is required as the post includes working a varied shift pattern. The successful candidate should have the skills to motivate others, work as part of a team and strive for excellence.

The applicant should have experience within a similar setting and a Diploma/NVQ 3 in Care or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
