The Wessex Autistic Society is a regional charity providing education, care and support services to people with an autistic spectrum disorder and their families. Due to our continuing development, we need flexible, reliable and self-motivated people who share our values to join the team for the following vacancies:
Childrens Services Support Workers – Full Time
Ideally, candidates will be experienced with this client group, demonstrate the capability to effectively support the needs of a child with Autism and be confident in liaising with families and professionals. Candidates interested in these positions should be working towards an NVQ 3 in Care or already hold a relevant Care qualification although candidates with a desire to work in this field of work will be considered. For these positions we are offering a starting salary of £15,007.00 - £16,832.00, dependant on qualifications and experience.
