Quality Standards...

Portfield is registered with and inspected by OFSTED who assess quality of education as well as boarding and welfare provision. The school is also accredited with the National Autism Accreditation programme. As part of the drive to maintain highest possible standards for our service users, the Society carries out an annual satisfaction survey for parents and carers.
 

The Wessex Autistic Society is constantly striving to improve the quality of its services and welcomes constructive feedback from service users, parents and carers.

We aim to deliver services which meet each service user’s individual needs, while treating them with courtesy and respect. If you feel you or someone you know is not receiving this level of service, or is dissatisfied in any way, then the complaints procedure is designed to ensure you are listened to.
