The Wessex Autistic Society is a regional charity providing education, care and support services to people with an autistic spectrum condition and their families.  Due to our continuing development, we need flexible, reliable and self-motivated people who share our values to join the team for the following vacancy:

You will be involved in helping individuals with their weekly support plans on a one-to-one basis and therefore must feel comfortable with ‘lone working’ in the community. We are looking for staff that can work flexible hours, which will include weekends, evenings and some sleep-in duties.

We offer a comprehensive training programme along with support to undertake NVQ level 3. A car is required for this role and mileage is paid at 40p per mile.
